In the case of Aviator and other crash games on pk 777, a bet that has been placed for an active round is committed — the only player action available is to cash out before the plane flies away. Bets voided due to a technical malfunction will be refunded at the original stake.

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game round — including server errors, disconnections or display errors that misrepresent game state — pk 777 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. pk 777 is not liable for losses attributable to a player's own internet connection or device failure.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a player and pk 777, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through pk 777's customer support process.
